Impact@Scale is a Dutch foundation dedicated to enabling scalable, systemic impact by helping ecosystems deliver measurable, investable societal outcomes. We bring a structured methodology—rooted in evidence, sharpened by experience, and ready for implementation—to align public, private, and civic actors around shared value.

Founded by three senior professionals, each with over 20 years of experience in organizational transformation, impact investing, and ecosystem innovation, our team combines deep domain knowledge with practical, cross-sector expertise. We’ve worked across public services, finance, and industry to improve how organizations function, collaborate, and deliver results. Together, we bring:
