How we collaborate

We partner with regional ecosystem initiatives from start to finish. We use a structured approach that aims at early results and then continuous scaling and diversification.

The diagram provides an overview of the four phases of engagement and the three engineering domains. Each phase will progress all three engineering domains to become more detailed, precise and activated.

In the Outline phase we adopt or ideate the big idea that underpins the theory change. This phase is about outlining the feasibility for accelerating and scaling within the ecosystem. The primary focus is on identifying new sustainable value streams that can unlock ecosystem benefits. The secondary focus is on outlining the impact engine that can operationalise these value streams..

In the Design phase we guide the detailed design of value stream interventions and how these accumulate into ecosystem benefits that are interlocked with ecosystem partners. This phase we also guide the detailed design and build of the impact engine. One of the deliverables of this phase is the agreed shared benefit model between the startup partners.

In the Implementation phase the impact engine is piloted in all aspects of impact acceleration at scale. This includes the impact technology and shared benefit distribution.

In the Scaling phase the ecosystem is scaled through the phase of innovator, early adaptors, early majority, late majority. During these scaling phases, partners will enter/exit the ecosystem. With each phase the shared benefits model will be adjusted to fully enable the next phase of scaling.
